8.3.1 Website hotel-ploberger.at and naschmarkt-wels.at
The use of our websites is normally possible without providing personal information. Wherever personal data is collected on our websites (for example name, address or email adress), this always takes place, as far as is possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will never be passed on to third parties without your express permission.
8.3.1a Hosting and delivery via Cloudflare
Our website is hosted as a static website on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare's global network. When you visit our pages, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the requested page, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL (server log data). Content is served from the data centre closest to you, so data may also be processed outside the EU.
The purpose is the secure, stable and fast operation of the website and protection against attacks and misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in operating our website securely and efficiently.
A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists with Cloudflare. Where data is transferred to the USA or other third countries, the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, and in addition on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Further information: https://www.cloudflare.com/gdpr/introduction/
8.3.1b Contact, enquiry and seminar enquiry forms

Your data is transmitted in encrypted form to a function operated by us at Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages Functions). The function forwards your enquiry via the email service provider Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin) by email to our reservations team or, for seminar enquiries, to the management. The Cloudflare function does not store your data permanently. We do not pass your data on to other third parties.
The purpose is to process and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry aims at concluding or performing a contract (accommodation, seminar), and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We store your enquiry only as long as necessary for processing and thereafter only as long as statutory retention periods require or claims may be asserted.
Brevo and Cloudflare act as our processors under Art. 28 GDPR; a data processing agreement exists with both. Where a transfer to third countries takes place, it relies on standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Providing your data is voluntary. Without name and email address, however, we cannot answer your enquiry.
